#SFGIANTS ADD SIX TO ROSTER: The Giants added six players on Tuesday when rosters expanded for the remainder of the season. Tim Hudson and Angel Pagan are coming off the disabled list and Hector Sanchez and pitcher Cody Hall were recalled from Triple-A Sacramento. Infielder Nick Noonan had his contract purchased from Triple-A and outfielder Alejandro De Aza was added to the roster after a trade Monday night that brought him over from Boston (De Aza was hitting .291 with the Sox).

To clear a 40-man roster spot for Noonan, the Giants designated outfielder Justin Maxwell for assignment. Maxwell got off to a nice start but his average has dropped all the way to .209 (Report Courtesy of Alex Pavlovic, CSN Bay Area).
