REPORT: Giants acquire Brewers lefty reliever Will Smith for top pitching prospect Phil Bickford and the kid from Roseville, catcher Andrew Susac.

Smith, age 27, has a 3.68 ERA and 1.23 WHIP for the Brewers this season, but he had a 2.70 ERA in 76 appearances for them last season.
