Have you heard about the Love Harder Project? It's retired 3B Coach Flan's charity that contributes to the The Bryan Stow Foundation and many other anti-bullying campaigns, and other wonderful causes. I hear that Flan will be throwing out the first pitch at the Sacramento River Cats game in the link below. Check it out, sounds like a good time for a great cause! ⚾️⚾️
