Bum pitched a great game, but we didn't give him any run support. On a good note, Vogie is well on the road to recovery after sustaining 7 breaks in the bones around his left eye socket when he was drilled in the face with a fastball. His eye sight is back to 20/20, and he was out on the field catching up with his old teammates. That's Eli Whiteside taking the photo of he and Bum. He still has major swelling, but he hopes to be back on the bump in about 5 weeks. Good luck, Vogie!
