What a great Game 6 of the 2016 World Series! This has been a great match up, so no matter who wins, I'm just happy there's a Game 7! There's never anything wrong with another day of baseball.

Check out the price on these tickets from the respective years that the Cleveland Indians and the Chicago Cubs last won the World Series. The Indians last won 68 years ago in 1948, and the cost of one single entry ticket was $6.25! The funny thing (besides the obvious) is the break down of costs: established price $5.0777, federal tax $1.02, city tax .1523¢.

The Chicago Cubs last won 108 years ago in 1908, and the cost of one single entry, general admission ticket was $1.00. I don't know what the top price tickets were for this year's World Series was, I can only imagine, but bleacher seats at Wrigley Field were selling for $3,500 each and up!

So who are you rooting for Wednesday night, and why? I'm rooting for the Cubbies for a few reasons: because I worked in Chicago for several years and had such a great time at their games. Their fans are great people and good sports, a lot like we Giants fans. They're the NL team! It's been 108 years, and they've continued to have faith and fill the seats day after day. They had an amazing record this season, winning 103 games and the best record in MLB. I also like the Indians. I have a ton of family in Ohio, so they've always been my AL team. But I'm not a fan of the DH, and the Indians are in the bottom 3 for attendance out of all 60 MLB teams. This says to me that their fans just aren't with them like the Cubs fans. But that's just my 2¢! May the best team win!
