THE INCONVENIENT TRUTH: Speaking as a long time 49er faithful and ex fan of Baalke, "I wouldn't say we are out there looking for it, but I wouldn't rule it out," to get a new GM that possess the personal and professional skills to deal with people and is professional respected by the NFL Coaching Fraternity and Vet players. It is clear by Mr. Baalke’s recent controversial record that he has done a good job to undermined and destroyed his creditability to the point the 49ers are no longer a destination for future quality coaches or players prospects! Under the circumstances why would Kaepernick or any other vet player want to remain loyal to such a jerk? Draftee will come because they have no choice! I figure after the Tomsula head coaching debacle, he has one season left! Baalke is a distraction that needs to go!
