KEEPING IT THOUGHTFULLY HONEST: Mr York and Mr. Baalke, you can’t win with class until you manage with CLASS! Speaking as a long time (1955) 49er faithful, it truly troubles me that I have to criticize our 49er organization! But I am disgusted! There are consequences to poor management style and mediocre decision making that results in success or failure. Apparently, Mr. Baalke's "reload" strategy and poor player relationships does not seem to be working very well, but it is early. Unfortunately, it is becoming now more clear why so many Vets move-on or were influenced to retire. When Mr. Gore, a All- Pro and outstanding team leaders says, “of his departure after 10 dedicated seasons. "Like, no bull----. Just straight up. I don't know if I even wanted to go back. But I would have felt better if we would have sat down and had a conversation. I mean, I was going to test the market no matter what. Me and the head coach (Jim Tomsula, yes man?) talked and he basically told me I'd be in a certain situation. But I wanted to hear it from the GM (Trent Baalke). If true, what a classless and disrespectful way to conduct 49er business! So Fans that made large financial investments and in particular those paying for uncomfortable seating in direct hot sun weather seats as season ticket holders do have a property right to hold team ownership accountable for team winning or losing record! I hope it is not "back to the Future" of past frustrations of losing seasons! http://www.ninersnation.com/2015/10/3/9440815/frank-gore-discusses-departure-from-49ers & http://www.sfgate.com/49ers/article/49ers-woes-start-at-the-top-of-the-organization-6544068.php#comments http://www.yardbarker.com/nfl/articles/san_francisco_49ers_fans_already_looking_to_sell_season_ticket_licenses/s1_13132_19636801?mb_edition=5029&linksrc=mb_favorites_head
