THE INCONVENIENT TRUTH: Yes, if you watch the game film, Torrey beat Sherman often and was open! This was not a Craptree replay! But Kap was either not targeting Torrey or was too busy escaping the continuing lack of pass blocking by inferior right side of the OL! Coach Tomsula seems to continue to not make any blocking sceem adjustments in second half, not did Baalke make a significant decision to make a trade to make up for the losses of the non-signing of Upati or the unexpected retirement of starting tackle. Instead, Baalke decided to bring in a back up inexperienced guard from N.E and signed a mediocre Vet free agent at tackle and now uses an inexperienced OL rookie from taxi squad to play against top DLs in the toughest division. The results have been predictable back in the pre-season. I am not an expert, but just maybe Baalke should have predicted this OL mess and traded away a quality player and/ or draft pic (since he has had little success with his pics lately anyway) for someone's starting Offensive Lineman? The results of Baalke player personnel decisions has ended with less than stellar results of 2-5 and put Kap on another course with 25 sacks in 7 games to repeat last years record of 55 sacks!
