This didn't pan out for the San Francisco 49ers, but I know some folks liked him coming out of San Jose State.
49ers attempted to sign David Fales off Bears practice squad before his recent promotion
The San Francisco 49ers have quarterback issues, and they tried to mend some of it with second year QB Davis Fales. It was for naught.
