THE INCONVENIENT TRUTH: OMG!! It is now clear that our 49ers are in trouble for the coming year once again! Baalke is on course to go from hiring a Tomsula, a coach with lack of experience with absolutely no Head Coach background to now one that is just "retired" after years of losing seasons in a weak division (with little knowledge of west coast offenses) and has said he wanted nothing to do with football but leaving to spend time with this family! What I find so interesting is that NO-one from Baalke’s hiring of Tomsula’s coaching so-called “quality” staff which had some with H.C. experience are not even been interviewed by Baalke! So what does that tell us about Baalke’s past judgment? But wait, Baalke is considering Flippo the Offense Coordinator of the low power offense of the losing Cleveland Brown? Maybe, Baalke will ask for J. Manziel, the QB juvenile delinquent, as part of the deal and look for to being considered for the #1 pick in two years? This proud 49er organization continues to reach continued lows in not being able to attract top quality head coach candidates. Who wishes to deal with GM Baalke? Mr. Eddie De Bartolo, please talk to Mr. York, your nephew or we will be in a greater mess next year with long range negative consequences! ! Sorry, but I have lost all confidence in how this organization is conducting its football business! http://www.sfgate.com/49ers/articleComments/Report-49ers-to-interview-Browns-OC-DeFilippo-6745411.php & http://www.sfgate.com/49ers/articleComments/49ers-to-interview-former-Giants-coach-Tom-6751903.php

Report: 49ers to interview Browns OC DeFilippo

The 49ers will interview Browns offensive coordinator John DeFilippo today, ESPN reported. DeFilippo, 37, has spent just one season of his 11-year NFL career as a coordinator and his only other known interview is for the Rams offensive-coordinator position. Given that, the 49ers’ interest is curious…
