I really can't stand the "he's not a winner" argument when it comes to evaluating draft prospects. It's nonsense.
Does QB need impact scouts comments on Jared Goff?
Some anonymous scouts chimed in on Cal quarterback Jared Goff. None of the scouts apparently work for a team that has a QB need, so one has to wonder how that impacts evaluation.
