THE NEW INCONVENIENT TRUTH: Welcome 49er faithful to new competitive normal!...

THE NEW INCONVENIENT TRUTH: Welcome 49er faithful to new competitive normal! Yes, this is the new GM Baalke “reload” normal! Yet “when reporters approached GM Baalke in the press box before Sunday’s game, he initially refused to talk. An odd stance from the “hold me accountable” organization.” Our expectation is to be competitive in each game and be in the last-place (3-7) with to be winless through five overall road games this season, getting outscored 176-71 in the process and dealing with a never before leaderless locker room mess that “once again, the 49ers’ organization operates with leaks and finger-pointing. Scapegoating and deflecting. It’s a very poor look.” And on defense, remember when the 49ers finished each of the previous six years ranked among the top six, including No. 5 last year? Our new normal is to compete for placement of draft choices, not play-offs! As NFL reporter Jason Cole wrote that “Tomsula's job is safe so long as the 49ers remain “competitive” in their games just like yesterday’s loss in Seattle. That's certainly a far cry from "We only raise Super Bowl banners." So Baalke’s focus is covering his butt for his poor judgment to select Tomsula who is NOT a head coach, while sacrificing 49ers chances stay as an annual Superbowl contender? Remember when “Adam Gase, ex Denver Broncos offensive coordinator, wanted the job and was “THE” choice to be the next head coach to replace Jim Harbaugh? It was reported that t”he 49ers were looking to hire a young, offensive minded head coach, who could help develop quarterback Colin Kaepernick, and continue our 49ers winning ways.” So what happen? Mr. “controlling” Baalke offered the job to Gase but with an ultimatum that he must to take on current 49ers head coach Jim Tomsula as his defensive coordinator or the deal was off the table.” So like any intelligent potential head coach Gase refused. So we are stuck with nice guy Tomsula who is nothing more than inexperienced defensive coordinator with a head coach title! It should be no surprise to the 49er faithful that the new insulting normal is to be competitive in each game and going home with another loss! Baalke MUST GO because he has single-handily dismantled an annual play-off team where we now look forward to the next competitive loss when the league leading Cardinals come into town! So speaking as a long time 49er faithful (1955), there is no quality potential head Coach that would consider working under this control freak with his questionable professional “integrity.” I am frustrated and disgusted and this is unacceptable for this great organization! http://www.ninersnation.com/2015/11/23/9782418/jed-york-was-in-attendance-at-49ers-seahawks#main_comment_form http://www.sfgate.com/49ers/article/Killion-Things-go-from-bad-to-worse-for-Niners-6650991.php & http://www.mercurynews.com/49ers/ci_29153244/frustration-continues-grow-49ers & http://cover32.com/2015/11/16/where-would-the-49ers-be-under-adam-gase/?r1=http%3A%2F%2Fnetwork.yardbarker.com%2Fnfl%2Farticle_external%2Fwhere_would_the_49ers_be_under_adam_gase%2Fs1_12266_19896541

Jed York was in attendance at 49ers-Seahawks

This is not really surprising, as he seems to be at every game, but here's some video proof in case you needed it.
