I know that every team's fans prefer their own announcers (with a few exceptions!), but recently I heard a Giants fan say he thought Kruk & Kuip were too biased towards the Giants. They both just gave Puig major kudos on that attempted catch where he went in to the stands, and they expressed concern that he may be hurt.
On a daily basis, I hear them compliment good plays by the opposing teams, as well as showering praise on many of our opponents cities, fans, and ballparks. I don't see how they could be more fair than they already are?! They also both played for the Giants and have loved them for decades, so if they didn't sound a tiny bit biased, that would just be weird!
I hear MANY complaints about Miller, and only a few about Flem, but it was so foreign to hear a complaint about our fun, knowledgeable, professional - WHOA! Both benches cleared! And I mean fully cleared! Puig gave Bum a look, and that was it! - and thoroughly awesome announcers. Right?! What are your thoughts?
